Lemon Roast Chicken
Ingredients
At a glance
2-3 1/2 pound chicken
Coarse Sea Salt
2 sprigs rosemary
2 cups chicken broth
2 T cornstarch
4-5 lemons sliced
McCormick Poultry Seasoning
Methods/steps
Heat oven to 375 degrees
Season the chicken inside and out with the McCormicks Poultry Seasoning
Place the sliced lemons into the chicken cavity
Add the 2 cups of chicken broth mixed in with two tablespoons of cornstarch. Add chicken to the roasting pan
Place rosemary across the breast
Roast the chicken for an 90 minutes. Chicken will fall apart.
Remove chicken. Juice makes a delicious gravy.
