Cinnoman Rolls
Ingredients
1 cup boiling waer
1 cup milk
3 packages of yeast
Methods/steps
1 cup boiling water, 1 cup milk, 3 packages of yeast set side
With a mixer or breadmaker add 2 T sugar
2 tsp salt, 6 T oil 3 cups flour
Roll flat but not too thin on a floured surface, spread butter add brown sugar and cinnoman. Roll up and slice 1/2 inch thick.
Place in a baking dish and let rise in a warm area for one hour.
Bake at 350 degrees for 25 - 30 minutes
Remove from oven and invert glass dish onto a large plate so that the syrup on the bottom of the pan ends up being on top.
