Crab Bisque
Ingredients
2 Tablespoon of butter or cooking oil
3 Shallots
2 Cups Chicken Stock
2 Cups Tomato Soup
2 Cups Cream
1 Pound of Crab Meat
1/2 Cup Dry Sherry
Cayanne Pepper to taste
1 Tablespoon of fresh Taragon
Garnish with fresh tarragon
Methods/steps
In a large pot saute shallots in oil until soft.
Add chicken stock and cream
Cayanne pepper to taste
Add fresh tarragon
Simmer mixture and add crab
