Port Sauce

2 Cups Port

1 1/2 Cups Chicken Broth

1 Shallot

1/2 Tsp of Balsamic Vinegar

1 Tablespoon of Butter

1 1/2 Tsp Corn Starch

Season with Thyme to taste 1 tsp

Methods/steps

Saute shallots in butter until translucent.

Add Chicken broth, port, balsamic and corn starch.

Bring to a simmer, until it reduces.

Serve with steak or pork.
