Rosemary-Mustard Chicken
Ingredients
2 - 4oz skinless chicken breasts
1/2 cup white wine
1 tbs fresh rosemary (or dried)
2 tbs whole grain mustard
salt and pepper
Methods/steps
Saute chicken over medium heat until browned, 2 - 3 minutes per side. Remove chicken add white wine, rosemary and mustard. Reduce heat, simmer 5 minutes to make sauce. Glaze chicken and serve.
