Tomato Feta Salmon with Capers

Tomato Feta Salmon with Capers
Ingredients
2 6 oz salmon filets
2 tsp olive oil
1 tsp olive oil
1 lemon
1/2 cup tomatoes
1/4 cup feta cheese
2 T Capers, rinsed, drained
Methods/steps
In glass dish rub with oil
Lay salmon filets in the glass baking dish
Sprinkle tomatoes, fetta cheese and capers over the filets
Slice lemon over filets and bake
Heat oven to 325 and bake for 15 minutes. May need to heat fish longer depending on thickness of filets.
